About your itinerary

This seven-day journey combines the excitement of the Ironman challenge with meaningful community engagement and the chance to experience South Africa’s natural beauty.

The trip begins with Ironman registration and a visit to Ironman 4 the Kidz Children’s Home, offering the opportunity to give back to the local community. A welcome dinner sets the tone, followed by a four-night stay at the Suncoast Towers Hotel along Durban’s coastline — the ideal base for rest, training, and preparation. Athletes will take part in expert-led sessions and the official race briefing to ensure they are ready for the challenge.

Race day brings the thrill of competing in this world-renowned event, surrounded by the energy of fellow athletes and supporters. After the race, there’s time to relax, recover, and celebrate achievements together.

The adventure continues with a three-night stay in Manyoni Private Game Reserve, where daily game drives provide unforgettable encounters with South Africa’s wildlife. The experience concludes with a farewell dinner, reflecting on personal accomplishments and shared memories.
