About Your Host

Christina Skytt, founder of the Power Goals movement, is a visionary in the field of personal development. She is widely known for empowering individuals to live with greater clarity, purpose, and intention. Through her signature framework, she guides people in setting and achieving meaningful goals that create lasting transformation in their lives.

With a background in group travel and a lifelong curiosity about the world, Christina is now leading a unique 10-day expedition to South Africa. While her work has traditionally focused on inner journeys of personal growth rather than adventure, this experience marks a powerful intersection of her passions: purpose-driven living and environmental stewardship.

Her deep commitment to conservation and rewilding—the restoration of natural ecosystems—drives the intention behind the trip. By creating this opportunity, Christina invites others to not only connect with one of the world’s most extraordinary places, South Africa, but also to engage in a greater mission of protecting our planet.

This journey is an extension of Christina’s belief that meaningful change begins within—but can ripple outward to impact the world.
